1959 PV544 reluctantly for sale. Fully restored 8 years ago by my father. Replaced engine, carpet, upholstry, headliner, repainted in a two-tone style. Gets lots of attention and admiration. Some rust on the rocker panels and front bumper. Paint is cracking and peeling on the rounded areas of car (front fenders and trunk door). Runs great, new tires and great stereo system. $3000 obo. 1960 PV544. Restoration project is an Oregon car. Has surface rust from sitting under a roof edge for 6 to 8 years and one spot in driver's well is rusted out. Has rear seat and no front seats, engine and transmission are gone, rear end has been opened, axles are installed but need to be checked. The heater system is gone, front seats and rear window chrome trim is also gone. $350.

Amazon series for sale:1960 Volvo 122S Amazon, 4-door, white. Odometer was broken and reset to zero; it currently reads about 51,000 miles, but best guess for actual mileage is between 150,000 and 200,000. Currently doesn't run, but it only needs new carburetor gaskets. Interior condition is good except for top of rear seat back, which has split. Exterior finish is original but in pretty good shape. The car is in Lakewood, Colorado. It is owned by my parents who bought it new, and they would like to see this "member of the family" go to a good home. 1966 Volvo 122S 4-door sedan for sale in Seattle, WA. Light blue with all original equipment. Engine is in excellent running condition and can be used as a daily driver now. Interior is good with only a cracked dash and some splitting of the seat upholstery. Headliner has a couple of small holes that I have patched. Very little rust. This is a good deal for a car that needs very little maintenance. Asking $2750.

1972 145E (yellow): Ran well; has been sitting two years. Very clean and straight -- some minor damage, but no rust. Car is complete and in good all around condition, + many spare parts. Newer fuel tank, injectors, pump, relay; brake mc, pads; 2 BRAND new tires (only 200mi -- bought to tow the car across the state). 1973 Volvo 142, 2 dr, dark blue -- 92,000 original miles! Of course, the odometer has recently begun to malfunction, but it's 92,000! Original owner a computer geek who kept the car in garage. Rust on rear panels, paint on doors is dull, and some general work needed. But a great, solid car that has ALWAYS started in Chicago winters. $4,000 obo.
1973 145 series Volvo. I am the second owner. Car has 102,000 original miles. Drive train is in excellant condition. At 68,000 miles a factory rebuilt ATK engine block replaced original. Current motor, B20E, is very strong. Equipped with 4-speed manual transmission. The unfortunate part is that the vehicle has been driven on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for about the last 15 years. Body rust is extensive, but the car is still driveable. This is a perfect candidate for parts or transplanting drive train to another vehicle. Also included is a mint condition Volvo factory service manual for the 1973 140 series. 1974 164E: Ran well 'til a buddy fouled up the starting system. 2nd owner. The doc who bought it must have only driven to a from the hospital. Only 54K mi. Car needs love and knowledge to keep this classic on the road. I have the love but not the knowledge and so my wife says it's time to pass it on. This Volvo sits in my drive awaiting another opportunity to run the open roads. 1983 Flat Hood Turbo 242 GLT. Limited production model--very rare. 4-speed w/overdrive, sunroof, A/C, power everthing, and everthing works. Mechanically very good. Minor rust starting, although in storage for the past few years. Around 200K (odometer doesn't work). Located in central Minnesota. Best driving car I've ever owned. 1985 240 red wagon. No rust, about 240K miles. Oil leaks have been fixed but will return. A great car if you have a great engine or if you can do a ring job. It runs good but crankcase pressure is a problem for oil seals. I have reverted to 122s . $1500 firm for the 240. If you have significant 122 things to trade, feel free to offer. I already have a B20 engine for my 122.
1985 Volvo 245 Turbo Wagon (silver, black leather, 4sp, electric 5th) -- 187K, original engine, tranny and turbo (no major work done on these components). The engine is still very strong and 2 years ago I had body restored (all rust removed, new paint and floors). Car looks very good and drives as well as it ever has. Oil has been changed every 3k. 1986 Silver 240 GL Wagon. New: brakes all around, alternator, tie rod end. Vacuum lines rebuilt, valve clearance good, excellent sounding custom stereo system including two 10" subwoofers, Pioneer Premier CD player w/detachable face, and Sony 4X75 watt amp. Needs exhaust work, not really loud though. Interior a little worn, but no tears or rips. Exterior slightly worn, no dents, shiny good paint, few scratches. WANTED: 1800ES or Bertone in Good Condition. I am in the very early stages of finally buying one of these beautiful automobiles. A clean, straight, rust-free body is of primary importance, followed by a well-running drivetrain. I have no real preference of paint color, but original is definitely preferred. I am leaning towards a manual transmission, but have not yet ruled out an automatic. 1966 1800S parts for sale. Car was restored one year ago and was recently in a car accident. Almost every part inside and out is in good to great shape. The vehicle is located in Mendocino, CA.
Full set of Volvo GT alloy wheels from 1978-80 242 GT, will fit any 240/260 series. Very good condition, straight and true, nice looking, light weight. They come with a full set of Bridgestone tires P185/75R14 tires which show approximately 50% wear left and are also in very good shape. For sale as COMPLETE SET ONLY. $260 plus shipping. Firm price.
